Rainbow politics is 100% intolerant. Homosexual business lobby, including Disney, force veto of Religious Freedom bill in USA.
Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal (R) vetoed a bill that would have protected people with religious faith against same-sex couples coming after them for refusing affirm and be involved in what they consider immoral and socially damaging unions under the legal guise of "marriages."
Deal’s decision comes after the business community, Hollywood and lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) organizations urged him to veto the legislation. The bill, HB 757, would have protected clergy, faith-based organizations and their employees from litigation for refusing to conduct a same-sex wedding or provide services “in the exercise of their rights to free exercise of religion under the Constitution of this state or of the United States.”
He vetoed the bill after several major corporations, including Walt Disney Co., the National Football League and Intel, made clear that it would impair their ability to do business in Georgia and vowed a boycott of Georgia if it passed.
Ryan T. Anderson, a senior research fellow at The Heritage Foundation, said the governor “caved to pressure from large corporations and special interests.” He also accused Hollywood of hypocrisy for forcing its values on other companies that also want to work according to their beliefs.
“The hypocrisy of Hollywood, the NFL and the big business lobby in this case is astounding,” Mr. Anderson said in a statement. “They want to freely operate in Georgia according to their values, but they don’t want small-business competitors to be free to do the same.”
Every child comes from and needs BOTH a mother and a father. Same-sex "marriage" intentionally keeps either a mother or a father from the child. Government should protect the child through upholding traditional marriage.
There is “a time to be silent, and a time to speak”. (Ecclesiastes 3:7). Now is the time to speak, so please speak up and defend children, truth and freedom.
