This is a major warning sign to freedom loving Australians:
Greens Robert Simms (Greens), Bill Shorten and Penny Wong (ALP) would be happy to do away with elections and just insist that things happen because they say they already know the will of the people: "Can anyone seriously suggest that we should be spending more than $100 million of taxpayer funds on a question we already know the answer to?"(a plebiscite) he said.
Really? That would be like a CEO doing a quick poll by selecting a hand-full of friendly shareholders of a major corporation and then telling the board and shareholders that their is no need for an expensive 75% shareholder vote to change the corporation's constitution because he already knows the answer!
I would not want to be a shareholder in any company he was running. Why is he in the Senate when he holds Australian voters in such contempt?
"The last thing I want is to see taxpayer money being spent on a divisive campaign against marriage equality, what in effect would become a state-sanctioned, state-funded hate campaign." Said Simms.
Really? What about the hate campaign against right-minded, moral, value-loving, religious and non-religious Australians who disagree with you about the merits of promoting as normal to our children the sexual practices of homosexuals? Why should those who hold to the timeless definition of marriage be silenced just to let you get your way?
What about the hate campaign targeting our children (Safe Schools and BRR) abusing them mentally and physically in the name of some sort of whacky "equality". There is nothing equal between homosexual sex and heterosexual sex.
There is every chance that more than 50% of Australians will vote to defend marriage at a plebiscite and reject the attempt to silence or label as bigots those who reject the normalization of sodomy in our society.
That is why Simms & friends are speaking now, because they know this and fear a people's vote on this foundational issue.
Senate Candidate braves the Gaystapo by boldly calling it as it is: Same-sex activists are teaching our kids that anal sex is normal. It is not normal, it is child abuse by depraved deviants who want everyone else to join them in their depravity.
Vickie Janson, Senate candidate spoke about the need to oppose all bullying - she then spoke about the ideological principles behind the program. She apologised for being blunt, but explained that these messages are given to students in school by the Safe Schools Coalition.
Vickie quoted the following graphic and blunt statement that is associated with the Safe Schools Coalition – a statement that students are directed to from the Safe Schools Coalition website: “penis in vagina sex is not the only sex, and certainly not the ‘ultimate sex’….”
Vickie explained that the consequence of this message is that children are encouraged to think that anal sex is acceptable. She said, “I don’t really want to talk publicly about anal sex, but as its promoted in schools as one expression among others, I hope all parents will understand why there should be a duty of care to alert young people to the possible dangers of engaging in anal sex. I have quite a long Fact Sheet outlining many dangers but let me share just one serious consequence with you today which I doubt the Safe Schools program brings to the attention of students. Quote: “With repeated trauma, friction and stretching, the sphincter loses its tone and its ability to maintain a tight seal. Consequently, anal intercourse leads to leakage of fecal material that can easily become chronic. (Ie chronic leakage from the bowel).”
Vickie said, “That’s not something children probably imagine when asked to imagine a romantic same sex encounter but surely there is a duty of care to highlight the risks of different sexual behaviours if they are being equally validated.”
Vickie mentioned that advocates for the Safe Schools Coalition claim that they are ‘helping to prevent suicides’ of LGBTIQ youth. Vickie noted that “Dr. Delaney Skerrett and a team of researchers from the Australian Institute for Suicide Research and Prevention (AISRAP) found that a leading cause of suicide among “lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and intersex” (LGBTI) people is stress from their romantic partners. Dr. Skerrett said… “We tend to assume that the psychological distress LGBTI people are often going through is due to family rejection. But it seems that’s not so much the case. The conflict seems to be largely related to relationship problems, with partners.” (Source of quote.)
FULL SPEECH: Vickie Janson - Rally against Safe Schools Coaliton - speech - March 16, 2016
Mr. Turnbull, you will be remembered as the responsible adult leader if this is allowed to continue. Please stop the juggernaut. They are killing our children.
Please defend true marriage: given by nature, strengthened by culture, uniquely empowered to nurture new life.
"Destroying the meaning of marriage to please homosexuals will not be the end of it. Emboldened, they will continue their social engineering agenda and seek to destroy other good things in our society with their tactics of deception. They will next seek to drape their multi-colored victory banners all over govt. schools, then private Christian schools, kindergartens, child-care centres and then church buildings."
Please oppose the unjust institution of same-sex "marriage", which forces a child to miss out on a mum or a dad.
If "EQUAL LOVE" destroys other loves - such as the love between mother and baby - what's loving about that?
If "EQUALITY" for homosexual adults means inequality for kids, where is the justice in that?.
We say same-sex couples are free to live as they choose, but they are not free:
- TO CHOOSE a motherless or fatherless existence for a little child
- TO CHANGE the meaning of marriage & parenting for all of us
- TO IMPOSE homosexual education on all of our children at school
- TO SILENCE conscientious objectors with the big stick of anti-discrimination law.

KEEP MARRIAGE AS NATURE MADE IT
The list of diseases found with extraordinary frequency among male homosexual practitioners as a result of gay sex is alarming:
Herpes simplex virus
Human immunodeficiency virus
Human papilloma virus
Viral hepatitis types B & C
Some of these diseases are then spread to heterosexuals who are not aware of their partners previous homosexual practices. It is a mess for any society because we all pay the price, with higher health services costs, longer waiting lists at doctors surgeries and hospitals etc etc.

Committed Marxist Roz Ward, the founder of the homosexual normalization coalition program "Safe Schools" filmed below training homosexual activists on gay teaching techniques, admits that the Safe Schools "anti-bullying" program is NOT really about bullying at all. We knew this but it is helpful to hear it from the founder's mouth, so we can help people see through Daniel Andrews, James Merlino, Warren Entsch, Simon Birmingham, Christopher Pyne, Penny Wong and all the other left-wing ideologues still promoting the Safe Schools deception as being an anti-bullying program. Read the transcript here . Email politicians now and tell them to: LEAVE OUR CHILDREN ALONE.
The US Government's FDA and the Australian government bans homosexual men and any women who have had sexual contact with a homosexual man from giving blood. The reason homosexuals cannot give blood is because of the medical risks of blood contamination and spread of disease due to the unhealthy and dangerous nature of homosexual sex acts.
Yet our nation's leaders are complicit in the indoctrination of our children to believe that homosexual sex acts, that cause the contaminated blood, are normal and healthy, happy and colourful.
By encouraging the normalization of these unsafe sex acts, by changing the marriage laws, and the resulting increase in homosexual activity, our officials and our media are putting our citizens in grave danger.
They’re teaching our children as young as 11 in a taxpayer-funded program that promotes homosexuality and gender confusion. It is now promoting radical sexual and gender ideology in classrooms across Australia. Disguised as an anti-bullying program, the so-called “Safe Schools” campaign is anything but safe and is designed to normalize homosexual sex in Australia.

Dr Augusto Zimmermann, a law lecturer at Murdoch University in WA, has written an article on the loss of freedom of religion and freedom of conscience.
As Augusto states, “Already examples from all over the world reveal that legalisation approving same-sex marriage may infringe the fundamental rights and freedoms of citizens. Some people have been on the receiving end of quite severe persecution, as well as protracted and expensive legal action, for holding the time-honoured opinion that marriage is only between a man and a woman.”
Augusto explores the current situation regarding marriage in Australia. Regarding the proposed plebiscite, he writes, “Although the federal government has committed itself to holding a plebiscite so that the people will be allowed to decide the matter, I wonder how this can actually be achieved when advocates of the traditional view are effectively prevented from expressing their opinions by intolerant activists and anti-free-speech legislation.”
Augusto refers to a number of the cases where people have been taken to Tribunals in Australia because of statements they have made about homosexuality. He quotes Bernard Gaynor, who said “The process is the punishment”.
He asks if the other side is really ‘tolerant’, before concluding,
“As a society we really need to ask whether we should undermine the rights of one group in order to protect or promote the interests of another. A real democracy, and we must never forget this, implies that controversial issues will be resolved democratically by the people only after a truly open and robust debate has taken place.”
A very good overview of the religious freedom issues we currently face regarding the normalisation of homosexuality and same-sex ‘marriage’.
Article: Farewell, religious liberty, farewell, conscience, News Weekly, 13/2/2106.
The Parliamentary Joint Committee on Human Rights examines human rights issues in pieces of legislation.
Its wide-ranging report released yesterday rejected a bill put forward by Liberal National MP Warren Entsch.
The concerns about this legislation, which is designed to teach, promote and defend the sexual practice of sodomy, went further than just having grave concerns about rights to religious freedom, arguing that it breaches rights in regards to families and children.
The robotic response from anti-marriage activists was as expected. "This is just the latest last-ditch effort for opponents of marriage equality in this Parliament to delay reform, and this time they're cloaking their bigotry and homophobia in the language of human rights and some of the claims that are made are insulting in the extreme," Greens senator Rob Simms said.
"The suggestion that somehow same-sex parents are deficient or failing to meet the needs of children is incredibly insulting.
"It's incredibly insulting to gay and lesbian people and same-sex parents, but it's also insulting to their friends and family right across the community."
But is Senator Simms at all concerned about the children? How can it be in any way beneficial to a child to grow up without a mother or a father figure in their life? How can it be beneficial in any way for a child to have to grow up seeing the sex acts of homosexual men, hearing all the talk about it, and all the other aspects of the homosexual lifestyle?
Don't insult our intelligence Mr. Simms.
How can it be helpful in any way for a child to have to process the information at some stage from their two "dads" that it is good, healthy, loving, respectful and morally beneficial to put your penis in something designed to excrete human waste?
Responsible adults need to stand up and defend children against this onslaught of child abuse about to be unleashed on Australia due to the tsunami of selfish-adult, sexual immorality swamping our shores.
Excerpts taken from Source
Bill Shorten, Daniel Andrews, Penny Wong, the Greens and the anti-family media are brutal in their swift denunciation of all opponents of the rainbow movement who they aggressively label as haters, bigots, homophobes, dinosaurs who have no place in a "modern" Australia.
If this is correct they must include these Aboriginal Australian leaders in the photo above, who, on behalf of their people do not want homosexual marriage in their sacred land.
Instead of recognition, the ALP/Greens will give Aborigines an arrogant colonial imposition of something which causes them great offence.
With their attempt to subvert the peoples right to speak on matters of such vital importance for the future of this nation, Labor is going to the election with six candidates who are openly gay, the Greens have 23 candidates and the LNP has five.
These people will ramp up the gay sex-education programs at our schools, (think Safe Schools con job on steroids) and damage our children beyond repair.
They intend to cancel any plebiscite and simply ram this new view of sexuality, this destruction of millennia held marriage and family, and the attached gay sex-education programs through parliament with no regard for our nation's children, original inhabitants, religious leaders or citizens. It is a blatant totalitarian assault on Australia.
The only solution is to vote for all the minor values based parties on July 2nd, and leave the major parties, (ALP/GREENS/LIBS) without any of your votes at all.
The ones who will defend your children and grandchildren and uphold marriage and family and freedom are:
Christian Democratic Party
Democratic Labour Party (DLP)
Australian Liberty Alliance
Uluru Bark Petition against changing marriage.
Same-sex adoption laws pass Victorian Parliament.
The homosexual lobby have clearly got some strong influence over the Daniel Andrews government and are milking their leverage as quickly as they can.
"Legislation to allow same-sex couples to adopt has passed the Victorian Parliament, after the Government decided to accept amendments made in the Upper House.
The bill originally did not allow religious organisations to refuse an adoption to gay couples, but the Upper House amended the bill last month to give religious exemptions.
The Government had been considering whether to reject the amendment and withdraw the bill all together.
Earlier this year, Victorian Equality Minister Martin Foley labelled the suggestion to allow faith-based exemptions to same-sex adoptions "rubbish".
But the Government accepted the changes, in order to enact the bill.
Only four agencies in Victoria provide so-called "stranger adoptions", and just one of them, Catholic Care, is opposed to allowing same-sex adoption.
Following the addition of the amendments, the Victorian Opposition's spokesman for equality David Davis said the religious exemption was not discriminatory, and he believed that same-sex couples would be happy with the outcome.
"Same-sex couples will be able to get services that they need ... this is obviously a balance to be struck, and the balance has been carefully thought through by the Legislative Council," he said.
Before the 2014 election Labor promised to remove discrimination against Victorian same-sex couples who wanted to adopt children.
The whole agenda of the homosexual rainbow movement, in so forcefully imposing the same-sex “marriage” deception, is not just about redefining marriage policy, it is about deconstructing the role of marriage in our society with two main aims:
1- Normalizing homosexual sexual behavior to pretend it is now moral;
2- As part of the war on God, to silence and punish Christians by using the law to abolish the now still prevalent Christian sexual ethic and enforce the new sexual morality on everyone.
Anyone who then disagrees with this new morality will be ostracized and harshly punished. Churches and the Bible must then be regulated by the State. People will be living in fear, too scared to speak, too scared to live free and full lives.
In case you think this will not affect you because you are not a Christian please think again. Totalitarian ideologies like the homosexual marriage movement do not stop halfway. They are after anyone and everyone who opposes their worldview. Like Islam, they take no prisoners and impose rather than propose.
What comes after we sleepy Australians allow this authoritarian movement to succeed? If as a society we can so easily give up two of the foundations of our free society, traditional marriage and traditional families, then there is nothing standing in the way of the demands of other minority bullies demanding their way. Think Sharia law, polygamy, pedophilia, bestiality.
If you think that last one is a bit out there, consider that Peter Singer, one of the founders of the Greens party in Australia argues in favour of bestiality. This is because the worldview which allows the normalization of sodomy must logically allow the normalization of anything.
So. Once the Same-sex Trojan horse has successfully entered the walls of our free society the Trojan can of worms is opened and unleashed and with ISIS like ruthlessness will set about defeating, dismantling and destroying everything we hold dear in our good and free society.
Bullies are never satisfied. That is why we cannot give in to the SS bullies. Like giving a spoilt child what he wants because he persists and yells long and loud enough, that child never gives in, he is never satisfied, and he just wants more. Then, additionally, others start demanding we submit to their demands. Pretty soon it is all over.
The rapid speed with which homosexual “marriage” has bullied its way into Western societies and found limited resistance is just the beginning. If we can offer no answers against promoting, protecting and normalizing sodomy, we can offer no answers against anything.
Do you want to leave as our legacy for our children and future generations the elevation of the sexual practice of sodomy? The bodily functions of a human body are obvious and have a purpose. If abused against their design the results include broken human bodies and broken human relationships. The whole society then suffers as the increased health (physical and mental) costs increase the financial burden on that society.
Will you defend freedom in 2016? Do not let them take our freedom without a fight. ACT NOW.
"The price of freedom is high. It always has been. It's a price I'm willing to pay, and if I'm the only one so be it. But, I'm willing to bet I'm not." Captain America ("The Winter Soldier")
5 Reasons to Defend Traditional Marriage and Family by Saying “No” to Same-sex ‘Marriage’
1. Same-sex “marriage” is not marriage. It is very different so call it something else.
Calling something marriage does not make it marriage. The union between two men or two women denies the obvious biological, physiological, and psychological differences between men and women which find their complementarity in marriage. It denies the purpose of marriage: the perpetuation of the human race and the raising of children. Two different things cannot be considered the same thing.
2. Same-sex "marriage" and sex acts go against human nature and should not be normalized and promoted to children by the State.
Marriage is not just any relationship between human beings. It is a relationship governed by a principle of nature. Men and women "fit" together.
3. Same-sex “marriage" Always denies a child either a father or a mother.
S.S. “marriage” intentionally makes children orphans. Mums and Dads matter to every child. Same-sex “marriage” ignores a child’s best interests.
4. Recognizing S.S. “marriage” validates and promotes homosexual sex acts, confuses children, divides communities, restricts freedom of speech, religion and conscientious objection.
Laws teach. They influence patterns of thought and behavior and shape the life of society. It will teach that sodomy is normal. Worse, it encourages children to do it or to let adults do it to them. The State will become a promoter of dangerously unhealthy sex acts responsible for the epidemics including AIDS, hepatitis, anal cancer, gonorrhea and gastro infections. The State will force people opposed to this to to accept it, will order schools to teach the acceptability of homosexual sex acts to children, and will punish anyone who resists. Freedom to speak against homosexual behavior will be abolished. Religious practice and freedoms will need to be regulated by the State. Conscientious objectors will be dealt with. Citizens will be intimidated, blacklisted and discriminated against. Fear will reign in place of freedom.
5. A moral wrong cannot be a civil right if our society is to continue to flourish.
Same-sex “marriage” is not a human rights issue similar to the struggle for racial equality. Sexual behavior and race are very different realities. Two individuals, no matter their “race” are still man and woman, and thus the requirements of nature are respected. Racism has nothing to do with making "sodomy," and all the other highly dangerous sex and lifestyle acts performed by homosexuals, a human rights issue. They are completely different, morally and in every other way and need to be restrained in society not normalized and encouraged.

From January 2016:
The ongoing ramifications and damage to children is continuing in Australia as the homosexual same-sex campaign to normalize homosexual sex practices powers ahead.
"Six-year-old boys at a prestigious Sydney school have been offered counselling after they became involved in "inappropriate sexualised behaviour".
Trinity Grammar School notified parents at the start of school holidays in December that a group of Year One boys had been getting naked and performing sex acts on each other in toilets and parts of the playground."
This is not an isolated incident, with children across the country performing homosexual sex acts and mock homosexual "weddings" on school verandahs. The mental trauma this is causing is considered to be incomprehensible and is nothing short of child abuse perpetrated by politicians who have entertained the concept of allowing homosexual marriage to undermine Australia's moral foundations.
"Headmaster Milton Cujes said the Department of Family and Community Services (FACS) was notified within hours of the Anglican school becoming aware of the situation after one of the boys spoke up.
A Trinity Grammar School staff member and the school's counselling department have also investigated the incidents.
Mr Cujes said the boys and their families have been offered counselling and other changes have been implemented.
Supervision policies have been changed and a rule allowing only one boy at a time to visit the toilets during class time has been introduced.
Infrastructure changes are also being considered.
Mr Cujes has not revealed how many boys were involved, but it's believed it could be up to nine, including one who has been withdrawn from the school by his parents."

FamilyVoice Australia Media Release 22 June 2016
Where do the parties stand on family issues?
Party responses to the FamilyVoice election survey show big differences.
With the federal election just ten days away, the differences between the major parties are showing more clearly.
Christian community group FamilyVoice Australia has sent ten questions on issues relating to family, faith and freedom to all of the 1,625 candidates with an email address.
The ten questions were also sent to the headquarters of significant parties.
“The results, particularly for the major parties, are revealing,” FamilyVoice research officer Ros Phillips said today.
“The definition of marriage marked a big divide. Minor parties including Family First and the Christian Democratic Party supported the man-woman meaning marriage has had since the beginning of history; the Liberal Nationals Coalition supported a plebiscite to allow the people of Australia to decide; Labor and the Greens want same-sex marriage by a parliamentary vote as soon as possible.
“Incredibly, it was only five years ago that Bill Shorten personally told me he supported the man-woman meaning of marriage,” Ros Phillips said. “At a 2011 community forum in Adelaide he said, before several witnesses: ‘I believe the case for changing the definition of marriage has not been made’. No cries of ‘homophobe!’ on that occasion.”
Other results include:
Safe Schools Coalition program: Family First will cancel it and replace with a program to combat all forms of bullying. The Coalition government has significantly revised it and will cease funding when Labor’s contract ends next year. Labor supports the original program and will extend funding for it. The Greens will quadruple funding for the original program to $8 million per year.
Free speech: Family First will re-introduce their bill to remove the words “offend” and “insult” from s18C of the Racial Discrimination Act. They believe similar state laws need to be amended as well, to prevent the injustice of people being hauled through the courts merely for speaking, in a reasonable manner, truth that may offend others.
By contrast, the Coalition will not change the wording of 18C, even though they promised in August 2013 to repeal it entirely. Labor has a similar view. And the Greens want to go further – they will not change 18C, and they will push to remove all exemptions for religious organisations from anti-discrimination laws, seriously undermining religious freedom.
Ros Phillips said she had sent the ten questions to Nick Xenophon, but has not received a response. “He told me some years ago that he never replies to surveys. He does not decide his position on a bill until he has seen the final wording,” she said. “But voters deserve to know his general position on issues. Nick should at least tell us he supports same-sex marriage and does not want to allow a plebiscite.
“This election could dramatically change the culture and the freedoms we have come to expect in our democracy. I urge voters to check our website and vote with care!”

Noted Leaders Speak Up For Marriage
Please read this great collection of pro-marriage and family quotes from various noted leaders and VIPs from here and abroad. They all take a solid stand against homosexual marriage and for the time-honoured understanding of marriage.
As they champion marriage and family, they also remind us of the importance of looking after the well-being of children. They understand that children deserve a mother and a father – and married ones at that. Consider these comments from various Australian leaders:
1. “We believe the marriage act is appropriate in its current form, that is recognising that marriage is between a man and a woman.”
2. “The party’s position is very clear that this is an institution that is between a man and a woman.”
3. “I have a pretty basic view on this, as reflected in the position adopted by our party, and that is, that marriage is between a man and a woman.”
4. “I think for our culture, for our heritage, the Marriage Act and marriage being between a man and a woman has a special status.”
5. “Marriage reform … is a distraction from more important issues, at best unnecessary and at worst dangerous”.
6. “I do find myself on the conservative side in this question.”
If all that common sense and sound morality is not enough, let me offer some more examples of this from some key American leaders:
7. “I believe marriage is not just a bond but a sacred bond between a man and a woman.”
8. “I believe that marriage is the union between a man and a woman.”
9. Marriage’s “primary, principal role during those millennia has been the raising and socializing of children for the society into which they are to become adults.”
10. “I have long opposed governmental recognition of same-gender marriages.”
11. “Now, for me as a Christian — for me — for me as a Christian, it is also a sacred union. God’s in the mix.”
12. “[Too many babies] will be born where there was never a marriage. That is a disaster. It is wrong. And someone has to say, again, it is simply not right. You shouldn’t have a baby before you are ready, and you shouldn’t have a baby when you’re not married.”
Wow, those are some very solid statements by key leaders supporting marriage and resisting the agendas of the activists. So just who are these folk? Obviously they must all be from the religious right, the moral majority, and so on. No “progressive” would be caught dead saying such things.
Who then are these folks who say marriage is only between a man and a woman? Hateful bigots obviously, as the other side would insist. Fortunately I have fully documented all these comments, and I can reveal here who these people are. For each quote above I offer the person who said it, the approximate date, and a link."

HATE SPEECH FROM BILL SHORTEN - OUT OF LINE AND OUT OF TOUCH
Question: In what country will you be accused of links to extreme terrorism for agreeing with your country's law? Answer: In Bill Shorten's Australia
During Friday night's news.com.au Facebook debate, Bill Shorten made an abhorrent accusation against Australians who believe marriage laws should remain unchanged.
“I think we’ve seen with two terrible events in the last week [the Orlando gay massacre and the murder of UK MP Jo Cox] that hate and extremism does exist in modern societies.”
“I don’t want to give the haters the chance to come out from underneath the rock.”
Moderator Joe Hildebrand replied: “Do you really think that level of hatred would emerge in Australia in a plebiscite? Do you really think the ‘No’ campaign would be talking about massacring gay people?”
Shorten's response? “I don’t understand homophobia.”
"I am disappointed that aspiring political leaders would think about their fellow Australians this way, those who believed in traditional marriage should not be described as ‘haters’ or ‘extremists’," Australian Christian Lobby managing director Lyle Shelton told AAP on Saturday, adding the nation had engaged in respectful debate on the issue for a decade.
"How dare Mr Shorten label decent Australians as haters and try to smear them with the actions of an Islamist mass-murderer in Orlando?" Australian Marriage Forum's president Dr David van Gend told AAP.
An Essential Media poll in March 2016 found that 66% of Australians want to have their say on marriage in a plebiscite.
And a new poll of 1,222 people released by Centre for Governance and Public Policy at Griffith University on 16 June 2016 says 70% of Australians support a marriage plebiscite, with only 19% agreeing with Mr Shorten that it should be decided by Parliament. Shorten is skating on thin ice here because the same survey showed a people’s vote on marriage is also supported by 72% of Labor voters.
Shorten watered down his comments the following day. Perhaps he realised he had stepped over the line. Using hate speech to silence debate on an important topic is undemocratic and Shorten should issue an unreserved apology to the people of Australia.

It is not 'homophobic' to believe that marriage is between one man and one woman and to wish to have the freedom to say this out loud, according to the ACL..
ACL Managing Director Lyle Shelton said Opposition Leader Bill Shorten was insulting the intelligence of millions of his fellow Australians by saying a people's vote on redefining marriage would unleash 'homophobia'.
"It is unbecoming of someone aspiring to lead our nation to effectively bully his fellow Australians into silence by labelling them 'homophobes',” Mr Shelton said.
"There are big consequences to changing the definition of marriage that have nothing to do with homophobia.
"We should be allowed to debate these consequences without emotional blackmail being used to silence debate.
"There are legitimate ethical issues associated with deliberately denying children the love and nurture of their biological mother or father.
"Many Australian parents are rightly concerned about the rainbow political agenda and its aggressive gender theory that is being imposed on school children through the so-called Safe Schools program.
"It is hard to understand why those advocating change are so worried about having the debate.
“If they are so confident of overwhelming public support, why would they fear a people's vote which would give them the moral authority to restructure marriage and family in Australia?
"ACL has always engaged this debate respectfully but Mr Shorten is seeking to close down the debate by slurring people of good will who simply want to have a say about the most basic unit of society.
"We do not question anyone's love. This is not the concern of public policy. But the definition of marriage has consequences for children, free speech and freedom of religion.
"If Mr Shorten is prepared to label his fellow Australians 'homophobes', what will he do to those in the future who will never agree to a State-imposed redefinition of marriage? Will people be free to teach man-woman marriage to children without being fined for so-called hate speech? Will there be tolerance for those of us who will always speak up for the rights of children wherever possible to be allowed to know the love of their biological parents?"
Mr Shelton said July 2 was a watershed election for Australia.
"Australians have a choice to preserve the promised people's vote on marriage or to have rainbow ideology imposed on the nation within 100 days.
"This is the most important election in a generation," Mr Shelton said
Wendy Francis | June 08, 2016

Three months after Education Minister Simon Birmingham ordered the inappropriate “Safe Schools” program out of primary schools, the minister’s directive is being widely ignored.
The Australian Christian Lobby’s children’s spokesperson, Wendy Francis, said revelations in the media today and a check of the “Safe Schools” website showed primary schools throughout the nation remained signed on to the program which teaches children their gender is fluid.
“We have seen little evidence that the Coalition is taking the concerns of parents, the wider community and its own directive seriously,” Ms Francis said.
“State governments are calling Minister Birmingham’s bluff, some openly defying the Federal directive while others seem to be dragging the chain.
“Each day that passes new revelations about the program’s extreme agenda for children emerge and yet “Safe Schools” continues to thumb its nose at parents.
“The directive, issued in March recognised the inherent problems with the sexualised nature of the program and warned against using the content on children,” Ms Francis said.
At the time, Minister Birmingham said he was “requiring local programme managers to ensure the distribution and promotion of Safe Schools Coalition Australia program material is restricted to secondary school settings only.
Yet, the Safe Schools Coalition continues to promote contested gender theory to children as young as four while primary schools across the country are still listed as ‘members’ of the Safe Schools Coalition Australia (SSCA) on its website.
According to the SSCA website, at least 35 primary schools in Victoria still are running the program, as well as around six in Queensland and more than 11 in Western Australia, South Australia and Tasmania.
“In Queensland, the Labor Government has done all it can to hide ‘Safe Schools’ from parents by refusing to release the names of the schools signed up to the sexualised and age-inappropriate material.
“It’s actions show it is more concerned with protecting rainbow ideology then it is for the welfare of children in Queensland. It has snubbed a Right of Information request as well as a petition of more than 11,000 citizens.”
A poll in Fairfax Media shows low support for “Safe Schools” with more than 70 per cent of respondents saying the program should be removed.
This week on Voice for Values, another parent pulls their child out of school due to the so-called ’Safe Schools’ program. Victorian father of two, Steve Burgen, felt drastic action needed to be taken as the contested gender theory had even found its way into maths class.
The ACL has called on the Liberal and National Parties to rule out any change to the Marriage Act unless there has been a people’s vote through a national plebiscite.
“It was good to see the Prime Minister acknowledge that the plebiscite is overwhelmingly favoured by the Australian people,” Mr Shelton said.
“Changing the definition of marriage is a divisive issue that has far reaching consequences for children, freedom of speech, school sex education and freedom of religion.
“A vote of the Australian people is the best way to settle this but in the event of a Labor-Greens controlled Senate, the Liberal and National parties should make it very clear that a people’s vote is the only pathway for deciding this issue,” Mr Shelton said.
Labor and the Greens have vowed to oppose a people’s vote.
“People are only just starting to see that ‘Safe Schools’, legalising commercial surrogacy and restrictions to freedom of speech and religion are a package deal with redefining marriage,” Mr Shelton said.
“They are largely unaware that gay couples (already) have all the same legal rights as cohabiting heterosexual couples through State-based civil partnerships and unions.
“A people’s vote will allow all Australians to make an informed choice,” Mr Shelton said.

Protect Australian children. Vote for all the Christian values minor parties and then the LIB/Nationals and put Labour and the Greens last or not at all. All the preferences from the minor Christian values parties go to the LIB/Nats anyway, but by voting the minor Christian parties first there may be a chance for enough of their senators to be able to stop any attempt to legislate marriage changes (the further abolition of morality). We may not be able to trust Malcolm Turnbull, so make sure you put the minor Christian values parties first e.g. Family First, Australian Christians, Rise Up, Christian Democratic Party, Democratic Labour Party and the others who support traditional marriage such as John Madigan. Derryn Hinch is a big supporter of homosexuality so no need to give him a vote.
The Greens are LGBTQ and marxist ideologues, Labor has sold its soul and Malcolm's small 'l' liberals are taking over the Lib's ...
The economy needs Liberal Party management and the culture needs a Senate cross bench with strong family values.
Think it's about love, tolerance and equality? Think again.
That couldn't be further from the truth!

Speak (and act) now or forever hold your peace! This country, your civil freedoms, and the developmental health of all children is at a cultural tipping point.
Talk is no longer enough.
Even if you are usually a Labor or Greens voter, or you normally vote Liberal in both houses, just for this election, whatever else you're seeking, for the children's sake, please vote differently!

There is “a time to be silent, and a time to speak”. (Ecclesiastes 3:7). Now is the time to speak, so please speak up and defend children, truth and freedom. Craig Manners

True marriage offers true equality for children. Every child comes from and needs BOTH a Mum and a Dad. Every human being has dignity and deserves respect. All sorts of relationships can be respected at law without having to change marriage laws. In fact that has been the case legally for many years. The simple fact remains though that not every relationship is marriage.
