Greens’ LGBTIQ policy agenda released – and Labor’s plans…
I’ve been preparing the first of our UPDATES regarding the forthcoming election and saw an article in The Australian reporting on the Greens launch of their LGBTIQ policy…
If you wanted to know what we will get if the GREENS have the BALANCE OF POWER, here it is… they have released their Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex and Queer policy package.
They are proclaiming full support for LGBTIQ rights…
Of course they don't have control of the Budget, so the real problem is if they have the 'balance of power' (either in the Senate or if say Labor had a MINORITY government and needed Greens numbers to form a government!)
Why did they announce it TODAY?
It’s the International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia, and Transphobia (an event promoted and celebrated by the Safe Schools Coalition – they promoted it on their website here and the POSTER is published in the SSCA Resources section on the Safe Schools Hub.
What would Labor do?
Of course, it isn’t just the Greens that support this…
If Labor is elected they will . . .
Please consider this carefully… this is what you will get if Labor is elected. If the Greens have the Balance of Power in the Senate things will be even worse!
Every child comes from and needs BOTH a mother and a father. Same-sex "marriage" intentionally keeps either a mother or a father from the child. Government should protect the child through upholding traditional marriage.
There is “a time to be silent, and a time to speak”. (Ecclesiastes 3:7). Now is the time to speak, so please speak up and defend children, truth and freedom. Craig Manners

True marriage offers true equality for children. Every child comes from and needs BOTH a Mum and a Dad. Every human being has dignity and deserves respect. All sorts of relationships can be respected at law without having to change marriage laws. In fact that has been the case legally for many years. The simple fact remains though that not every relationship is marriage.
